The blind arrived, eventually, damaged, with a hole/slit in it. When I emailed and asked for a replacement I was offered a 20% discount! After a lot of back and forth with a customer services which is clearly outsourced, I finally agreed to them just sending me the replacement fabric. Again, after a lot of emails and wondering if it would ever arrive I have today received piece of rough-cut, plain white fabric. Not even the right size (much much smaller) I'm actually shocked at the incompetence and baffled by what they expect me to do with it. It seems if your order goes through smoothly they're great, but if you have any issues they are atrocious. Will not be using them again and suspect I will have a lot of trouble trying to get a refund.

I ordered this blind as the design appealed. Before ordering, I asked a couple of questions. When the replies finally arrived, they were vague and not really helpful but I ordered anyway. This was a mistake. The cushion was advertised as in stock and delivery on the blind was allegedly 3-4 days. The package took 11 days to arrive and the blind was damaged as it was improperly packed. When I came to fit it, I noticed the fitting kit and instructions were missing. Again I had to contact the unhelpful customer service department. They took a while to ask for my order number, which I gave by return. The next day I was asked for the blind width, which could have easily been discovered by looking at the order. I was promised a replacement but wouldn't tell me if it's the whole blind or just the fitting kit. This was a couple of weeks ago and nothing has arrived. So, to sum up, I ordered at the end of November, am still awaiting delivery of the blind and have been given the run around by customer "service" who don't seem interested.

The blind looks lovely in my baby’s nursery. I had to pair with blackout curtains for the ultimate blackout. Speedy delivery, easy to cut and assemble. However, very happy and would shop with them again.

I like the design and it looks great only criticism is that the fabric is very thin and hasn’t been strengthened so the edges turn inwards which is so disappointing as I love the blind design!

Absolutely love this blind which is now in my kitchen. Easy to cut to size. Great quality. Definitely blocks out any light. I did order a metal chain at extra cost but only received plastic one, but I don’t move the blind often so not an issue.
